About our Guest Speaker: Brandi Ferenc is the Founder and CEO of Fair-Trades Toolbox, a Red Seal 313A Refrigeration Mechanic and Gas Fitter 1 Journeyperson.
She is among fewer than 50 women in Ontario to hold this certification and has been recognized with multiple awards for her leadership and advocacy work in advancing diversity and inclusion in the skilled trades.
With more than 20 years of experience, Brandi has devoted her career to educating, mentoring, and inspiring women to pursue opportunities in the skilled trades but more recently her work has turned to educating and supporting employers on how to tap into this valuable talent pool and build cohesiveness with their existing male teams.
